Let's give thanks for the progress we have made!
Welcome to the November Daily Weigh-In thread! Here we weigh in daily and talk about what's happening on the scale. The thread is open to conversation and we can support each others progress! Our goal is to stay accountable and on track by posting our daily weight.
To join simply post in the thread your main post, the layout of it is entirely up to you. Some people like to put all the dates first, others like to add as they go along, some of us get a bit crazy with colors! It's all up to you how you do it.

I'm in! I need something to keep me accountable this month! I will be missing one week because I am taking my husband on a surprise trip the the SEMA show in Las Vegas but, I'll make up for the rest of the month!
Week 1
04: 277.9 -I don't understand why I do this. I'm one weight for a couple days and then loose a large amount. Followed by a standstill or a gain.... so strange!
05: Vacation - No weigh in
06: Vacation - No weigh in
07: Vacation - No weigh in
08: Vacation - No weigh in
09: 279.8 - Not too bad after a week in Vegas!
10: 279.4 - Starting my downward trend again. Yay!
11: 279.2 - I need to drink more water. I have been very dehydrated and I think I am retaining a lot of water.
12: 279.2 - Same as yesterday... better than a gain!
13: 278.0 - Finally looks like the water weight is coming off!
14: 277.0 - Goodbye water weight hello fat loss!
15: 276.8 - Finished my first day of the c25k workout! I'm loving it!
16: 276.4 - Yes! I love seeing the scale move down! I am so sore today however!
17: 277.0 - Yuck! I hate it when I go back up!
Week 3
18: 277.0 - Two days in a row...
19: 277.2 - I think I figured out the reason for my gains..... I just started running and TOM came for a visit.
20: 277.0 - Hopefully this shows I'm going to start going down again.
21: 277.6 - I am frustrated today! I am up AGAIN and, I need to run today.... in the cold and the rain!!!
22: 275.4 - WooHoo! Over night the weight started falling again!
23: 276.8 - Dang it!
24: 275.2 - UP, Down, UP, Down... it's like a merry go round...
Does it drive anyone else a little batty that there are THREE daily weigh-in threads? Totally not saying it in a mean spirited way, but I'm not mentally organized enough to remember what thread to click on!
