Since I lost nothing in the past month as of this morning (went off plan for the first time in 10 months but am FORCING myself to forgive myself and move on), I'm going to take any losses I can get. Ideally, since there are so many weigh ins, I'd like to reach my goal!
November start weight: 189 (very salty dinner last night!)
November goal 10lbs.
I need to do 10 a month to hit 100 by the end of January (my one year WW anniversary). It is going to be a tough push, but I SOOO want this!

Exercise Goal: Work out without excuse every weekday at the gym. NO EXCUSES (I was good for a long time and then got sick, now getting back after a week and a half is going to be HARDER than if I had just taken the actual sick days UGH)

My Goal for November is to lose 6 lbs. I have been walking 5 miles twice a week, was doing so much better at walking in the summer. I want to start a workout DVD for the weekends...any suggestions?

I don't know if I have a weight number I would like to see for November. I feel like when I set a number goal for the month, I never make it. But when I don't have a number, I do amazing.
But, I have been incredibly sedentary since it's gotten too cold for water sports. So I'm setting a goal of earning 50 activity points in November.

11/8: 265.4 (-1.6); 17 AP this week
11/15: 266.0 (+0.4) 5 AP this week
11/22: 15 AP points

NewMe, what kind of workout are you looking for? i really enjoy any of Sara Ivanhoe's Yoga DVD's. I personally like the 20 min makeover ones, which i think has been re-packaged into one DVD vs 5. PM me if you want me to link it to you.

so this morning I saw 280, up a little from weigh in day. i'm not gonna lie though, i totally had a doughnut at a staff meeting yesterday. i'm ok with it. i dipped into my weekly points, but that's ok...no falling off the wagon!
