Use old WW or new - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

I have an older version of the WW Points stuff. I just finished Medifast and was going to go on WW as a Maintenance / Lifestyle. Should I pay for the 360 plan or stick with what I already purchased??

If you already have the material and know how to use it I'd go with that, unless you feel you need the support of re-joining. I still use the old points plan and it works great.

I think the newest plan is more doable.

There is no magic to any of the WW plans. My favorite plan is still the exchange plan I did in late 80s, early 90s. All of the plans will work.

That said, if you are going to look points online, or by food in the stores that have WW points on them they will have the current points on them. So I always do the current plan as that is just easier.
