I have read that we need to cleanse our selves with the detox/cleansing stuff. I am clueless as to what to use or buy. I do not have a center that I go to, so I was looking an Nashua nutrition and they have cleansing things but would I use?

You get it from your clinic. You don't NEED to do it though- I didn't. You should speak to your coach.
