Hi all!
After many successful attempts at weight loss and many successful attempts at gaining it all back, I am once again back in the saddle. I'm 42, a mother of 3 and for the past 30 years I have struggled with my weight. With so much focus on my weight for so long, I figure I should put a positive spin on it. Instead of focusing on why I am so fat, focus on what I am DOING to do to lose it. I'm looking forward to giving and receiving support here!
