Okay back on board....trying to lose my last 20!! I've combed inspiration and motivation on the net the last few days, esp after my pumpkin pie caramel frozen custard and double bacon cheese burger. Just got to get it done, I search and I find nothing but me is stopping this process. I've got to mentally get out of my own way.

Well, there goes some of the water weight from this weekend! I missed 2 gym days due to the storm on Monday and making a work-related delivery yesterday, but my gym bag is in the car and waiting to be used!
Sue: I'm trying to not buy Halloween candy this year. I try to kid myself that we'll have trick-or-treaters, but in reality I live up a quarter mile driveway in the woods. All the town kids go on the street they block off from vehicular traffic in the center of town. I still want the candy!
Smith: that recipe sounds like it might be dangerous to have around! I had a few bad days after I started making my own buttercream icing. I can't keep 10x sugar in my house anymore!

Dentist today, which messes up my morning routine. I'll be going into work late...may skip lunch... I need to get my act together and make breakfast at home and grab something I can eat at my desk. I hate days like this...and the dentist!
I love butter cream frosting! Sugar cookie heaven with a nice thick coat of it! I finally talked my boss into a low carb diet....getting a little easier at work now days. I did almost 10 hours at work yesterday, didn't feel like running but managed a mile walk/jog and some ab exercises.
