30 minutes on Arc Trainer, in 10 minute sessions between weight machines, level 1, level 2, level 1

30 minutes doing Basic 8 weight machines plus extras in between Arc sessions.


Two and a half years ago, I was a burlesque performer, a pole dancer and I danced at the nightclubs every weekend from 10pm til close almost nonstop.

The feeling I had today...a tingly feeling that started at the top of my head and went out across my limbs felt like the same incredible, sexy, energetic feeling I used to get when I would dance.

Is that what runners high is? I have never done so long on that machine, but I was high on endorphins for 2 hours afterwards...I feel amazing.

A runner's high is that second wind you get after working out hard--that sends you flying over the next hill. You want to keep going--you feel wonderful. It's the natural high that comes from working out hard, and it's highly addictive.

Took some tech free time to be with family this "weekend". But..off to the gym with my fiance this morning at 830 am I can't wait.
