seaurchin, I would avoid processed extra when you can. I know they're easy and convenient, but our bodies reallllllyyyyy get happy with real foods and not food imitations

I'm LOVING low carb. I can't believe how much better I feel. I went through 2 days of funky, then all has been well since! Love it love it love it! And I know the first bit was a whoosh of water weight leaving but I've had steady loss nearly everyday since I've began, unreal!
