Thumbs up Get me out of the 280s/270s!!

So I am at my dreaded 283 curse again. I reached it back in August and got stuck there and gained back like 6lbs. So in order to keep my motivation and not let the curse get the better of me, I am creating this challenge. Everyone in the same boat (or just in a hurry to kick the 280s/270s) feel free to join along with me.

I want out, too! I've been at it for over a month now and have dropped 20 pounds (or did)... stepped on the scale and it went back up to 291! I have been doing well, eating whole foods and limiting my caloric intake. I know it is probably just normal fluctuations in my weight and not necessarily because I gained it, but its still depressing.

I was stuck in a rut (the 260's) for the longest time! I don't know what your diets are like, but I was actually eating too little (for the first time ever lol.) I increased my intake from 1200 to probably 1500-1700 a day, and the weight has steadily been coming off since. I've been eating at least 3-5 servings of fruits and veggies a day, and limit, but not restrict my carb in take. Hope this helps!

270s have been a pain for me to get out of! Stuck here for 3 months now and am finally at 270.4#. What finally bumped me down a smidge was going "off-plan" for a week. I didn't eat a huge amount of anything, but I just relaxed a little bit and it seems to have done something, even though I don't know how. Good luck getting out of the 280s/270s!

I'm in. I just got out of the 280s, but I need to break out of the 270s and with that TOM on it's way, it may push me back into the 280s.
