I've checked lots of labels on dried/deydrated foods. Seems that if you buy it the fruit especially has points.
So, I've been doing some of my own, no sugar or corn syrup or whatever, maybe just a bit of cinnamon.
Anyone know if you do it at home with no additives is it still 0 points?
I asked my leader at meeting tonight, she said she would see if she could find out, but was just wondering if anyone here might know?
