The panic officially sets in... Now.
I have a huge trip planned for my birthday, and we're going to Sin City
I am so excited, but also nervous. I want to be back to my previous weight by the time I leave for Vegas. I need to lose 37 pounds in 243 days!
Ladies of 3FC, I need support and advice on this huge venture. I think that it's achievable for me, I just have to buckle down! This a going to be a fantastic trip and it's extremely important to me. It signifies all the changes I've made in my life and how far I've come, and this is my chance to go enjoy myself with all my closest friends.


Any ideas, advice and encouragement are welcome!

It's definately achievable you can do it! I have only been on these forums for a short while but the advice and support has already been a great help. Best wishes for your journey, I'm sure you'll make goal and have an awesome time in Vegas
