Default Hi there
A quick introduction. I have been battling my weight for the better part of my life to little success. I'm an over eater and a bulemic, though I have pretty much gained control over the bulemia.

For the past 2 years I have become more active within OA, but not active enough to find the kind of control over my eating I need. I work in a space where it is near impossible to get to meetings in person or on the phone. I came across this site while looking for some kind of online support group that would be easier to fit into my lifestyle.

I am not sure exactly what I expect from this, but I need something to help me gain control over my eating and my life. It's been rather crazy lately and my job, while an absolute dream job, can exacerbate it.

Not sure what else to post. I guess I am happy to have found this place and hope to be around

You will find a lot of supportive friends here who have the same issues. There is also a lot of great information here too!
