Default Nashua for Canadians?

Hello my Canadian IPers! I live in Ontario and am wondering if anyone has ever placed an order with Nashua. Were the shipping and duties terribly expensive? I used to order from proteinwell.ca but they've been closed down for a while
now and IP is too expensive!

I have in the past, and even with paying duty it still worked out cheaper per packet than IP, and I was getting my IP at cost ($13.50 a box), so it's a huge savings. I just had to pay a $5 handling fee, plus the tax, so 13% of my total. I was also ordering for myself, my mom, my two sisters and a friend, so my orders were very large, and I got the 10% lifetime members discount. I have noticed that a lot of their prices have gone up $4-$5 since I last ordered (in 2010!).

Now I just use premier protein shakes from Costco and simply bars from Rexall. Was thinking about placing an order from Nashua, but I'm trying to use up everything I already have first!! My sister got Simply bars at Sobeys, and they were 70 cents cheaper than Rexall, but when I got them they were on sale for $2. They are regular $2.99.

Thanks for the info! I just tried the Simply bars and love them! I bought them at Superstore so will have to look around. They were more expensive there. I also bought low carb tortillas from the Lowcarb Grocery in Markham. They're 3 net carbs each. Taste just like a regular tortilla. Had fajitas tonight. Heavenly!

Low carb tortillas would not be an on-plan item for Ideal Protein phase 1-2
