Default Fastest to lose 5 lbs challenge #20 IanG won last
Well, here we go again.

Anyone can join in on this challenge.

Just post your starting weight and your goal weight of 5 lbs off and keep track as you weigh in during this challenge.

First one to lose 5lbs is the winner and gets to start a new post.

So let's bring it on!

I might need to revise my final goal before I finish this one. It was 164lbs but I have a belly and some chubby legs to deal with. So 150s might be on the cards. But we will see. Scarey time deciding on a final weight. Don't let me down mirror.

Way to polish off the last challenge Ian! I'll join in this one, although I suspect it will still be ongoing when I leave for vacation, at which point I'll need to drop out. Of course, if you keep whooshing the way you have been, this challenge may well be finished before I leave!

Started my tone goals for September so no big surprise it's up today...

IAN! You da MAN! I love your weekends and the whooshies that you get! and this time you had a 3 day weekend Oh yeah!

You are so near goal.... but also remember, things shift after you lose weight in time.. so that teeny tiny bit of extras - might move to a needy place... Just saying.. But anything you want and need to do..... I back you up 100% oh so darn happy for you!

Well at least IAN knows how to count (challenge no lol)

In the middle of trimming and now taking a brake to sweep my 20 X 30 screen porch and bleach out all the algae and mold from all the rain and humidity (from my orchids) in this tropical Florida summer...

Thanks everyone. Down 0.6lbs today.

I will get a gain tomorrow though. The weekly gains never disappear. They just move.

I have taken a stacation and as a result I am up to 253.8. My body loves .8. Lol Sti on vacation for thisweek, but gojng to get back on track.
