Default Below 150!

Finally, after a great deal of struggle, I made it below 150lbs. For some reason, my body likes to pick a weight and stay at it, which is so frustrating. For so long I couldn't drop below 160lbs. I just bounced between 163 and 162. Then one day I looked at the scale and I was suddenly at 159! I was so excited.
And the 150's seemed to pass quickly. Until I got to 152. I've been between 152 and 151 for about 2 weeks now. Previously, it took me a week to go from 156 to 152. And now, I'm so excited to finally be below 150!

I used to be 125lbs. For so long I was 125lbs. I'm athletic. I play hockey, dance, and hike. I still do all those things. So how did I gain 40lbs so quickly? I started waitressing at a burger joint. That, paired with some unfortunate genes, and 40lbs came fast. And now I'm working them off.

I can't wait until I'm in the 130's!

You go girl! My body does the same thing. In both directions. Which is really, really good when I am being a super fat fatty cuz I don't go back up right away. But it gives me a false sense of security, because then it does creep back up, and it is a mutha to get it to go back down! Keep working, and you will have success!
