Default 20 weeks in, down 50.2 pounds
I had my 20-week weigh-in today at Medifast and am officially down 50.2 pounds!

I've had a rough few weeks of off plan choices, so it's time to recommit and go full-force - all 5 MF meals, weigh/measure everything, take all supplements, and most importantly, NO SNACKS!!!

I've lost 50 pounds, I can lose 50 more, right?
