Drink more water. IF you are working out alot add an extra oz of protein. make sure you are eating healthy fats, like avocado-in moderation.

I was stuck at the same weight for almost 3 months. What I did to break through it was have a mini-diet vacation. For one weekend I ate as much as I possibly could. It turned out not to be a lot, at least compared to what I used to eat, but it did the trick. After an initial 2 pound gain I lost that plus an additional 5 in 3 weeks.

Patience! Sometimes it just takes our bodies awhile to catch up to what we are doing!

Never reduce calories more than you have. A plateau is where the body is not liking losing weight and tries to hold on to it. If you cut calories more you will initially lose weight but the plateau will return with vengeance next time.

You can either as stated above:

1) suck it up and keep on trucking. Eventually you will start to see it shift again.

2) take a 1 or 2 week mini break. by this its not free for all, more a controlled over eat. do you daily food as you are now but maybe add 1 more meal or increase your fruit/veg intake to give you about 500cals a day more. you may gain between 2-3 pounds in 2 weeks. but for most people on here that is nothing. Make sure all extra caloires are good nutritional calories and not empty ones.

3) Change up your plan. add more exercise and more calories.
