Is PB allowed on phase one ... I can't find the information I'm looking for ... Do the rules change for subsequent phases ... Thanks

Yes, it's allowed but only 2 TBSP daily, and it needs to be natural (no added sugar). Here's a list if it helps

Not sure what the link was that the censor creamed but here is the most recent Phase I list and PB is allowed. It counts as a fat.

And it doesn't have added fat? I've yet to find a no-stir without added ingredients. Is it their own brand? Might be worth a trip

Oops, you're right. The no stir that my mom bought had added palm oil. The Kroger brand that isn't no stir doesn't.
