Starting over sucks.

Default I stuck with it for one year! Progress pictures!
August 1 marked one year since I actively started to work at losing weight. I have never before stuck with any plan for a week, never mind a year. I've lost a lot of weight. But I still have nearly 200 pounds to go.

The biggest marker of my progress was my vacation this year (or, rather, one of them - I've been blessed to see more of the world this year than I've ever had the chance to). Last year I was so swollen from driving I couldn't walk when I got out of the truck. I couldn't keep up with my friends or do the obstacle courses with them. I was fat, hot and tired all the time. This year, I had no aches, pains or swelling. I walked everywhere, and I kept up.

I'm nowhere near done. But I'm officially kicking off year two, and seeing how far I can get!!

Wow!! You are really coming along! And yeah, you have a ways to go still but you can just see how much effort you've put in already, and that is awesome! I am very impressed, and good luck as you continue onwards!

That is amazing!!! YOU ARE AMAZING!!! Way to stick with it and a picture says a thousand words. Keep up the good work, it is definitely paying off... and I bet you this next year will bring even more good health and happiness your way!
