We set a time frame for the challenge to end. It can go for a set time like 4 weeks or until a holiday. Then everyone that joins can set some goals to reach in that time frame. You can check in daily or as often as possible to help one another stay motivated. You goals can be exercise related, set your calorie limit for each day, weight, inches or a size you want to loose. Also a place to be accountable. So post here if you want it to be a time frame or holiday related.
