I found this milk substitute at my local Wal-Mart Super Center. I've only tried the fat free version. It's not bad. It's not as good as skim milk but it's pretty good. Check out the numbers at

The full fat, reduced fat, and fat free versions are all Atkins approved and have 3 net carbs per 1 cup serving. I didn't see the reduced fat chocolate version but will search it out. The biggest thing that I've missed on Atkins is the skim milk. It was $2.50 per half gallon. With substitutions like this I might be able to stick with Atkins.
