We're going to be traveling for our Anniversary this year, and I can't see myself being comfortable walking the beach feeling comfortable in a swimsuit. So I've been working on peeling off the 30lbs or so I need to lose. At this point I'm down 10lbs but I'm "stuck" wavering around the same number. I'm trying to stay focused but when progress is stalled it's difficult!

Great job on the -10 pounds!! Keep going, you can do this. Buckle down, keep working hard and making good food choices. That pesky scale will move eventually.

Thank you. It's just so hard when you're being 100% good, even when temptation is waved right in your face, and STILL you get no weightloss.

Today I weighed in at 168, so perhaps I'm finally starting the slow push down from the 170 plateau! I hope so.

I know the feels, I was stuck at 195 FOR SO LONG I finally passed it so I'm gonna keep at it and work even harder~

It is SO FRUSTRATING when you're behaving and doing things "right" and you're stuck at the same stinkin' weight. It feels like such a punishment, and you're working and working and working while (in my case at least) everyone around you is eating ice cream and cookies etc that you'd like to have too. Me, I sit down with my orange and try to ignore the smell of chocolate. Sigh...the results are worth it, I just wish the weight would come off a little bit faster than it is.
