I hit a big mini goal today! I now need to lose less than 100 pounds to meet my goal. I know that's still a LOT of weight, but this is a milestone that seemed so out of reach a few months ago. I weighed in at 229.8 this morning. (Goal is 130) I'm down 42 pounds since March 25th...that's 2.2 pounds a week! I'm trying to keep my weight loss at 1.5 to 2 pounds a week, I'm going to the gym 5 days a week to walk on the treadmill & some weight training. I feel so good and I'm proud of myself. Thanks for all the support that I've gotten here...you guys are great!
