Default how do you keep track of your water intake?

i know most of you must have super creative ways of keeping track of water intake!

i drink 5 camelbaks a day before i leave work. each camelbak is 750ml (25.36 oz). five of those is 126.8 oz of water a day (this is in addition to my two daily teas and any water in ip shakes, etc). 125 oz of water to a gallon... so i'm easily drinking a gallon of straight water before leaving work everyday. i keep tally on a post-it note on my computer monitor. i've noticed that the more water i drink, the better my losses. maybe some new ideas will help keep this interesting.

how do you guys keep track of water intake?

I have a Hydroflask (which keeps cold ALL DAY!) that is 18 oz. I put a piece of tape on it and mark each time I refill.

I have also reused Dasani bottles when on trips, I freeze 8 of them and use them to keep my veggies/RTDs cold. By the end of the day, everything in the cooler must be consumed!

My husband got me one as well, then after I saw the three pack at Costco for a small amount more than he paid for just the one. Argh. But I LOVE it! Spill and leak-proof is awesome! I am trying to drink 4 a day.

I have a 20oz water bottle that I make sure I refill through the day. I make sure I refill & drink 2x before lunch, and another 2x between lunch and bedtime. That's 80oz. And when I need to drink water with my supplements, etc., I make sure I drink from this water bottle too.

"reused Dasani" eep i wouldn't recommend this..these plastic bottles are the greatest for reusing esp b/c they aren't bpa free....rubbermaid makes a smaller water bottle that would be the size of a dasani bottle would be perfect for reusing...or even the small britta bottles that have filters right in them D:

I dont really track too much tbh...i've always been a big water drinker...i have a rubbermaid bottle thats 2X8 oz in size drinking 5-6 of those a day gets my water in no problem..that's not counting the tea/coffee i have OR the 1L i tend to drink with my flavour of the day packet drink.

I appreciate your concern. FWIW, Dasani and Aquafina are BPA-free now, and I only use them on trips so I can just recycle when done, instead of using freezer paks or buying ice. Almost all of the BPA-free poly or plastic bottles have some kind other kind of chemicals that may leach....so I've switched to stainless steel if I'm not traveling.

Bimnd that is a great tip to freeze bottled drinking water to use as "ice/freezer blocks", then have a cold drink. I will use that idea.

I have a water bottle that holds 24 oz. Each time I finish it off I get 3 check marks on my IP daily journal. Works great!

I have a 32 oz. insulated tumbler. I usually fill it 3 times with plain water then splurge with Mio drops for the last refill.
