July 3: 20 minutes of wfp
July 4: 20 minutes of wfp
July 5: Rest
July 6: 90 minutes of wfp; 1 mile (4)
July 7: 90 minutes of wfp; 4 miles (8)
July 8: 60 minutes of wfp; 3 miles (11)
July 9: 60 minutes of wfp; 2 miles (13)
July 10: 15 minutes of walking the dog; .5 miles (13.5)
July 11: 31 minutes of wfp; .5 miles (14)
July 12: 30 minutes of wfp; 1 mile (15)
July 13: Rest
July 14:75 minutes of zumba! Holy workout batman!; walked the dog .5 (15.5)
July 15: 37 minutes of zumba! and 30 minutes of wfp; 2 miles (17.5)
July 16: 50 minutes of zumba!
July 17: Rest
July 18: 20 minutes of zumba! and walked the dog .25 miles (17.25)
July 19: 83 minutes of zumba!
July 20: 55 minutes of zumba! and 61 minutes of wfp; 4 miles (21.25)
July 21: Rest
July 22: 65 minutes of zumba! and 60 minutes of wfp; 9 miles (30.25)
July 23: Rest---not cause I wanted to but because my body was so sore from yesterdays painting and workout....
July 24: 60 minutes of zumba! and walked the dog .5 miles (30.75)
July 25: 45 minutes of wfp; 8.5 miles and walked the dog .5 miles (39.75)
July 26: 37 minutes of zumba! and 17 minutes of wfp; 4.5 miles (44.25)
July 27: Rest
July 28: 35 minutes of zumba!
July 29: Walked the dog; .5 miles (44.75)
July 30: 92 minutes of zumba! and 24 minutes of wfp; 2 miles (46.75) I doubt that I'm going to make it to 75 miles this month. :-)
July 31: 65 minutes of zumba!
