October 23 - 15 minutes on treadmill
October 24 - nope ... unless you count running through the airport
October 25 - 30 minute walk, at a decent pace, up and down hills
October 26 - oops
October 27 - what can I say, I'm having a bad time lately...
October 28 - 20 minutes on treadmill. Would have done more but blew a fuse and darn near went sailing across the room when the thing stopped dead.
