The Medifast forum is really dead !

I'm following The Simple Diet, which combines shakes and other MRs with frozen entrees and fruits and vegetables. We have a thread (Dr. Anderson's Simple Diet), but it is often also very slow.

I follow the other meal replacement threads like Medifast and Ideal Protein, because most of the Medifast products and almost all of the Ideal Protein products are Simple Diet compatible.

The Ideal Protein threads are much more active.
