Yesterday:
B chocolate pudding/spinach smoothie
L hard boiled egg (extra due to exercise), blue/cran/Pom, cucumber salad
D sirloin steak, caulimash
S butterscotch pudding shake.
My smoothie is 1 IP chocolate pudding, 8 oz cold decaf, 1-2 c spinach, 8 coffee ice cubes
I've learned how important FLAVOR has become. Sometimes I also add some ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
Sounds really good Lisa! Think I will definitely try that with some cinnamon.
And yes, the FLAVOR thing has already been noted. I got some WF dressings at my grocery and they are NOT delicious. UGH, especially the balsamic vinaigrette. And a sugar free steak sauce that tastes good MUST be somewhere.
Edit: For SF steak sauce - How could I forget chimichurri? Love that stuff, totally going to make a big batch tonight and freeze into cubes for portion control! Yum!

I am getting bored with being on a diet. I am feeling hungry but I know its not real hunger, just boredom.

Today is my weigh in, I gained .4 last week after blowing it on the 4th so I hope to see a bigger loss to make up for that.
I indulge on the strawberry wafer on my weigh in day after I have weighed!
wow... thought I ws being creative with my food but reading this makes me realize I'm still pretty boring... I need to ramp up my game!!!!
B I just had an IP pina coloda drink
L lettuce with cucumbers, 4oz tuna, vinegar and sea salt
D grilled shrimp with seasoning and roasted cauliflower
S either IP BBQ Ridges or IP Caramel Nut Bar
B: IP Vanilla RTD with 1 c. baby spinach and 1 oz. toasted almond Cool Brew
L: 4 oz. Chicken with WF Sesame Ginger and 2 c. roasted broccoli and red peppers
S: IP Caramel Nut Bar
D: 4 oz. burger on romaine with chimichurri and 1 c. assorted veg
S. IP Chocolate Pudding
B: banana nut muffin quest bar
L: 2 cups zucchini, cukes, onion with tuna & lettuce. EVOO dressing.
D: PIZZA! Made with cauliflower/zucchini crust with egg & egg whites, a few veggies and Go Veggie cheese.
S: Vanilla RTD shake
Just tried this today.. Take a dark chocolate pudding packet, and wisk in 5oz of water(whisking makes it way creamier than the shaker) then add some instant coffee, a touch of caramel wf and a touch of chocolate wf.. delish!
