Default How do YOU water?

Just curious, how much water do you Ladies tend to drink in a day? Is this a priority? And what are your water sources? How do you keep track?

I try to drink a gallon a day. I get a gallon jug in the morning and drink from that. Some days I dont finish it. Other days, I drink it and half a gallon more. I figure there's less bpa per gallon of water than in the individual serving bottles.

I am so trying to drink my water...I really hate water and have tried many things to give it flavor but still don't want to drink water. I don't keep track because I haven't been drinking much but I have a drink bottle that I try to get two of down a day (lucky if I get through one!). Probably just about a quart if that...hey, I'm working on it

I have bottles of water (reusable) placed all throughout my house and car. Every counter has water on it, plus the fridge, so it's always within reach. I just take a big drink every time I see one. While I don't keep track, I find I drink quite a bit this way.

i like to put a mashed up strawberry or raspberry or a squeeze of lime in mine. i drink from 0.5l bottles and try for at least 4 a day

I fill up one of those Cool Gear bottles from Walmart with water, I try to drink one of those bottles a day, but like another poster said I too dont like water

I bought two of the aladdin twist off bottles at wal mart this spring, they're so easy to wash and refill! I have a water cooler in my office and one at home, and I always carry the bottle with me. I would estimate that I drink at least a gallon per day.

I don't keep track, but I am a water convert! I mostly drink plain water, but will have a perrier mineral water at least once a day. I like to have it in the morning with 2T apple cider vinegar added. I also recently discovered some sparkling water that target carries called la croix, it comes in cans and there are several flavors (no sweeteners, sodium, etc.). So far, grapefruit is my favorite.

The only problem is ever since I started staying hydrated, I sweat all the time! I must have spent my whole life dehydrated because I always thought it was strange how little I sweat. lol

I drink about 3 liters a day. I have a water bottle that I refill at work with alarms every couple of hours to down and refill the current bottle.

We have a dehumidifier in our pharmacy because it's so humid with the hospital a block north of the beach. It's so dry and without the timers I was coming home with massive dehydration headaches.

I have 2 water bottles that I just keep refilling at work (each is 20oz). If I get sick of the taste of plain water I do the liquid crystal light or suck on a peppermint lifesaver (I drink a full 20 oz bottle of water with just one lifesaver). I drink a minimum of 56 oz during my 8 hour shift at work, and what I drink at home varies a lot each day

Sounds good!! I do lemon, but think I might try the strawberry. Do you mash it then put hte juice in? Or do you just throw it all in there, pulp and all? And do you do one glass at a time (or bottle) or do you do a whole pitcher like this then fill your bottles from there? Just wonder how long the strawberry would last in the water, like can you do that early in the day and its still drinkable if you stick in the fridge for later...sorry so many questions!! JUst looking for a change to the lemon.

I drink regular water, either from the tap(there's a filter on the tap), or water bottles. I also drink the 0 calorie flavored water bottles. I love the acai grape, and the mixed berry. On occasion I will get a lemon seltzer and add some of the crystal light iced tea liquid. I don't drink soda very often, so this gives me the carbonation I want sometimes.

well i cut it small enough to fit in whatever im going to drink it out of and then stick it in. If its a bottle i give it a shake, if its a glass i use my straw to kinda smush it up a bit.
Fizzy water and strawberry is yummy plus you get to eat the strawberry at the end!
