The first six days I lost a ton of weight because I couldn't eat at all...but now I'm bingeing and I feel like I can't get back on plan at all. I'm basically eating a ton of food once a day and the rest of the day I still feel too down to eat. Has anyone gone through this? How did you get your eating back to normal?
I'm the same way. When I'm super-depressed I lose my appetite. (And that's the ONLY thing that will make me lose it.) When my depression lifts a little, I'm inclined to overeat. Perhaps you can journal about the breakup and reflect on the silver lining behind the cloud. (There ALWAYS is one. Breakups happen for a reason.)
