Xan - I think you'll be surprised - only add a handful - and you can barely taste it. It certainly doesn't taste like spinach. I hope you enjoy it when you try it!

I may not be able to post a lot the next few weeks, but I wanted to put up The Plan.

Breakfast: Either oatmeal with fruit OR Greek yogurt with fruit (fruit probably means strawberries)

Lunch: chicken salad or tuna salad on lettuce

Dinner: Meatball casserole (from the recipe thread) or baked pork chops with mushrooms, onions and spinach.

I'm over the cravings -- and the hunger I usually have at the beginning, so I hope the next few weeks will go smoothly Good luck to everyone.

CHANGE the baked pork chops to salmon filet

phase 1 day 3-7-7-13

b-skim milk, egg/eggwhites, ff cheese, 2 sl. turkey bacon, onions, peppers, spinach
s-string cheese wrapped with a slice of turkey breast
lunch-salad with grilled chicken, diet coke
s-20 peanuts
dinner-sbd chili (1 serving), salad grilled chicken, unsweetened iced tea
desert-part skim ricotta cheese, vanilla, splenda

exercise 30 minute tape, 45 minutes swimming laps

today my niece and nephew were got christened. i was planning to eat at home but went out to lunch with my family instead. before going to the restaurant i stopped home and grabbed salad dressing. i ordered a salad with grilled chicken, onion, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes. ate about 1/2 to 2/3 of the salad for lunch and the rest with a serving of chili for dinner. i really thought that doing this would be difficult. in all honesty i have not been hungry at all and have been really enjoying my meals. tried the ricotta cheese desert for the first time tonight. it is delicious. i will be looking forward to eating that for desert everynight. have a good night everyone!!
