Default Weight Loss Diary

If this is in the wrong place, I'm sorry.
I thought I would open a thread for me to log my weight loss.
I started my diet (I hate that word) last Monday (24th June) & I have no end date in mind, just weight targets. I'll concentrate on getting down 10lbs each time but the big marker is that I want to make it to 170lbs & reassess when I'm there.
Feel free to dip in & out with suggestions etc.

Monday 24th June 2013 - 241.4lb
Monday 1st July 2013 - 240.2lb

Feeling very demotivated this week. Its been a stressful week & I've found myself stress eating. I don't know why I do it because I feel like crap & torture myself afterwards. Not looking forward to the weigh in on Monday.

I am sorry you are struggling this week . I am going through the same thing. I made myself put on my big girl panties and my workout clothes, plan my meals for the day, and I am out walking the hills. I know I will feel better after a strenuous walk. I always do.

I WANT THIS BAD ENOUGH TO DO WHAT I DON'T WANT TO DO!

You can do this.
