Thank you for starting this thread. I love the subject line! Starting weight for July is 186. I want to be 179 by the end of the month. Hitting the gym next week to walk on the treadmill. As I am recovering from a leg injury, Doctor's orders, no intense exercise just yet. Might try to incorporate light weights to tone my 'chicken wings'. Will have to measure this weekend. I really want sexy arms by the end of my weight loss journey.

Hi Carol. Yes you come back daily and edit. This helped me so much in this month that I can't wait to start July. I know when it's over I will be that much closer to my goal. And It's ok to copy. I copied from the blank June one and added another day. We can do this!!

Hello folks. I have missed the daily weigh-in thread. I am working on shedding a regain. That number over there <-------- is a lie; it is my all-time low, not something I expect to see again for some time. I clocked in at 175 this morning. I've been back on plan with a vengeance for a month; no binges in that time either, somehow. So I'm ready to put my hat in for the daily thread. See you around.
I'll give this a shot It'll keep me motivated to check in here daily! I'm a weirdo who weighs in daily anyway. When I avoid it - it's usually because I'm not doing well.

I had an indulgent day. pasta (whole wheat) with meatballs (turkey), beer (light), macaroons (uh...), tacos and enchiladas (lean cuisine) ...jeez. probably back at 200 tomorrow (ugh) but I had to eat! I was hungry!
