210 this morning, down 1 lb from last week (which is fantastic considering my eating last weekend...!)

I joined this site years ago,but just started doing old plan weight watchers about two weeks ago.

I quit smoking last year on July 4th. Thought it was about time to get rid of the weight I gained.
This week I lost 1.8. I guess that's pretty good for as old as I am.
