Phase 1, Day 6 (down 3 pounds)
B: 2 hard boiled eggs
L: tuna salad (lots, the eggs weren't really enough for breakfast) on chopped romaine
D: chicken with white bean soup; also mushrooms, onions and spinach (in the soup)
Sn: peanut butter and celery sticks
After a week's restart on Phase I, I'll be doing Phase 2. I'm starting with one fruit, but this time I want to try to add in foods so I'll see what I can handle.
Breakfast: Strawberry yogurt smoothie.
Lunch: 1 cup egg salad with celery and carrot sticks.
Dinner: Salmon and asparagus (baked).
Snacks: a handful of nuts here, a bit of peanut butter on a celery stick there
B: turkey sausage, egg, rf cheese and salsa, coffee and water
S: turkey and cheese roll ups with grape tomatoes
L: salad with veggies and tuna and homemade dressing
