I finished the Overfed Head last night, such a great story! Now I'm getting back to the IE, I'm only 50+ pages into it so far. I loved the overfed head but he doesn't really talk about HOW he ate or even HOW he maintains now so I hope IE has more info on that.
So for you ladies who are living this way, what is a normal day of eating look like for you. I know this will vary greatly from person to person, but how do you eat each day that results in weightloss? How do you know when to push your plate away and not take one more bite? Also, do you exercise regularly or are you losing the IE way with no structured exercise? Just curious on that one Any personal experience you'd like to share from your own journey is appreciated, thanks!
