Default One step closer - I'm Overweight!!

Hey all! I'm super excited this week! I am officially Overweight on my BMI chart - adios obesity! When I started I was in the morbidly obese section! Yikes!

Also super excited that I am officially 3/4 of the person I used to be! I started at 212 and I am now down to 157.2 - 25% lost from my starting weight! I am so happy right now I could dance!

I cannot express enough how awesome every single person is here on 3FC! You have all given me the strength, help me when I'm down, make me laugh, and so much more! I don't think I could have stuck with it for this long without the support I've gotten from you all! Thank you so much!

Well done! Keep going and soon you´ll get to your goal!
Also, what´s your plan like food and exercise wise?

I'm following Weight Watchers. I do my best to stay within my points and don't touch my weekly points. For exercise it's 60% walking/fast walking and the rest is a mix of swimming, hula hooping, and various fitness videos.
