I have had a mini-goal of 145, not really sure why. Well, I've gotten there (a bit lower, actually) so I thought I'd post in here. It's been a while since I've been this low, thanks to not losing all my weight after my last baby, so it feels really good to be at this weight. I'm doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and I'm seeing results with the rounded Mom tummy (my youngest is 4 months). I highly recommend it!
