Weight today- 189.6 (t.o.m. AGAIN for May)
So that means maintained which is better than gain so ill take it.
My exercise is on track, even added 100 more crunches a day so thats 300 now. Mowed my whole yard today with the push mower for the extra workout and it felt great, til the mayflies started attacking. Thank God for deep woods OFF! Goal for this week... 187lbs. Do a different exercise each day along with my regular daily ones which are 3 mile jog, 3 mile dog walk and 300 crunches. Hope everyone is having an awesome holiday weekend!

Good morning! Posting late - is it really Tuesday already??? Overall, I had a good week. The best part was, after eating an unplanned donut, I did NOT decide to keep going, since I had already blown it, but got myself back on track.

And a nice NSV. Last week was my anniversary and I put on a new shirt/capris that I bought, as I am definitely smaller than I was last spring! My husband was making coffee and when I walked into the kitchen, his eyes lit up. Wow. It has been a while since I looked not just ok, but better, kwim? I need some more new clothes!

Hii!!!! I haven't been around in awhile! I miss you guys!

I am now at 213.. which is down from 214 two weeks ago >_< I was stuck at 214 for the longest time and was getting frustrated. I am on Week 6 of C25k so I don't know if that has something to do with it or not? I am planning on joining a gym this weekend. I am super excited about it too! Hope everyone is doing well!

My goal for this week is 211. Also to workout at least 4 times (Running is getting a lot harder since it is so hot outside!)

Gmornin ladies, hope all are well. It has gotten quiet around here as life tends to get busy but hope yall are still focusing on your goals.
I will have to miss class this week as my son graduates tech school that night and im so proud of him! The may flies around here in va have gotten so bad its making it extremely hard to be outside and its driving me crazy. I was using the deep woods OFF to help with them but have broken out in hives from it for some reason so now i need to find another way other than hiding inside.
Sinderelly, good to see you and congrats on your loss! And great job on the c25k!

Count me in! I am at 247, which means I have gained back about 20 pounds in the last months. My sister is getting married in October and especially with family showing up that I haven't seen in many years I do not want to be the fatty in the corner too embarrassed by my weight to enjoy the party. I know that since it's already Friday my Sunday loss won't be too thrilling so I will post my starting weight from last Sunday. Good luck everyone!

Starting weight 254
Goal by Sunday 244

Current Weight: 214
LOSS: 0 this week

IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES: Calorie control. Smaller portions. New week with new opportunities! Got into the Pop Chips last week and the Dried Mangos. Healthier snack alternatives, but I ate too much. Got hyraulonic acid injections in both knees last week. It is supposed to help them, but seemed to get an opposite initial reaction. I hope they tame down this week.

My goals for the week 6-9-13 thru 6-15-13 are
Weight loss Goal= 2 lbs.
Walking Goal = 25 miles - knees permitting
Exercise = 5 days per week, split exercise into 3 sessions
Mid-term goal: Get to one-der-land by 6-30-13 (199 or less) Long-term goal: 140 lbs.

MINOJA75:
You can definitely be a slimmer you by October! Ten pounds in one week might be a bit ambitious.

Um what? A fat camp?! LOL I'm cautiously in!

I almost never set concrete goals. I mean I set abstract ones like, "I'll lose the weight sometime or another by doing such and such,"

***Cue the Dramatics***

BUT NO MORE!

Kay so its the 10th now.
I'm 175 lbs.
I run/do Tae Bo.

I will start weight training in July

This Weeks Goal = 173 lbs
Long Term Goal = 155 lbs by Sep 10!

See you at weigh in.
