Rose426, I am in a similar situation I met my initial goal about two to three weeks ago of 145 (I went form 148 to like 142 in one week). I then changed my goal to 135, also because I don't like the way my tummy looks
. I had been losing so quickly, I thought I would be at goal by now. My weight has decided to play tricks with me and went up two lbs this week. So three weeks ago I was at 142, in between that time I had gotten as low as 140, but now I'm back up to 142 as of yesterday
. I am so ready to get these last 7 lbs off, I realize the closer we get to goal the slower the weight melts off. Hopefully we can both be at our final goal by the end of the month, good luck
