01: 214.4 (I went over my calories for the last two days, and this is me weighing two hours after I ate breakfast because I forgot I was doing this. Whoops.)
02: 211.6 (Whoa, whoosh fairy!)
03: 213.something (I only got two hours of sleep, and I ate really late. Basically squished lunch and dinner together last night so I would want to wake up and eat because I need to get up early this morning. Weight fluctuations are why I usually only weigh once a week.)

05: 211.0 (I ate really badly for one meal last night and went way over my calories.)
06: I'm going to be out of town attending a concert and won't be able to be on my low cal plan, so I won't be weighing today.
07: 215.6 (My feet were swollen yesterday. I don't know if it's because of the shoes I was wearing or the massive amounts of salt I was eating and retaining water. I eat badly for the past couple of days, too, and I will eat badly today. But tomorrow I'm back on track and will sign up at the rec center to swim and work out.
08: 216.4 (Definitely the result of bad eating and way too much salt for most of the week. Back to the grind today.)
09: 214.4 (Again. Made a goal with my friend that in a year, I'll do a Victoria's Secret bra fitting and buy myself one of their bras as a gift for myself. I need to lose as much weight as I can.)

11: 216.2 (I haven't been doing well with this at all. I'll follow my healthy eating thing all day and be fine through dinner, but end up snacking on whatever the **** I can find in the fridge two hours later. I can't seem to stop.

17: For most of the time I was on the vacation I had really uncomfortable pressure pain in the stomach and thought it was because the food would not go down the way it was supposed to. I think that's fixed now and has been replaced by a pulled muscle on the right size of abdominal? area. I haven't really been keeping track of calories I've been eating because I didn't feel like eating much at all with all of this uncomfortable pain. Eating only made me feel worse and sick.

25: 209.0 (Went swimming yesterday, and I can feel pain in some muscles, so I think this gain is lactic acid.

27: 208.2 (I'm kind of saddened at the fact that I really haven't lost weight in a week. Hopefully the next week is better.)
28: 209.8 (I don't know if this is all lactic acid because I've been swimming this week or if I'm maybe now getting enough calories now that I've started burning some. I might start trying to increase my calorie intake by a couple of hundred next week and seeing what happens.)
29: 210.4 Ate pretty badly last night, but I also stopped expecting to go below 208 this month, so I'm not too worried. Today is a new day.
30: 209.6 (I'm upset that I didn't lose as much as I wanted to, and I definitely don't like writing everyday. I'm going to increase my calories by a couple of hundred and see what happens.)
