Default Water flavor enhancers
Are dansani and Chrystal light flavor enhancers allowed? Can't drink that much plain water!!

I use MIO like crazy. Chrystal lite has 5 calories. Mio is calorie free, and my coach said it was fine

I definitely feel it giving a crazy boost in energy, like drinking a shot of espresso. Considering that, id say it definitely is helping burn more calories.

And yes, the strawberry lemonade is like crack!!! Does anyone know if there is a limit how many you can have? Or can i have this stuff with all of the water i drink?

Ditto what Andi24 said, my coach said Mio was allowed in unlimited amounts ! Orange Tangerine and Sweet Tea currently my favorites !
