Default Plateauing

I've been stuck between 149-152 for two weeks, and I just don't get it. I have stayed on plan, minus one day but that was Sunday and I've done the same as I have for two weeks...jump down a pound, then creep back up over the next few days. It's frustrating! I have started a workout plan this past week but I never go over 325 calories burned, and I was plateauing before that. I'm trying to stick to low carb veggies but the options are SO limited. Do I just need to stick with it through this, or is there something I can do to get over the hump quicker? I mean I've lost 22 pounds in 6 weeks and I'm thrilled with that but now I'm stuck. I seem to have finally been sticking under 151 but I can't get under 149.

I already feel like I'm plateauing and I'm just over 2 weeks in. Part of me worries my body just wants to be stuck around this weight and refuses to let it go. And online research is no help, some say to work out, others say not to, some say add higher starch veggies/more protein, others say don't. I hear you! Hang in there. I'm hoping someone will tell you how they got over this hump so I can try it as well.

Eat the leanest meats and try not eating 4 hours before bed. The shakes are the lowest in calorie and carbs so try a few days/a week of shakes only.

Two weeks does not a plateau make. You said you started exercising this week, your muscles are probably retaining water. It is a temporary problem.

If you are working out, remember, muscle weighs MORE than fat. Have you tried to measure and see if you lost size? the pounds may not be going down because you have increased muscle and are making your body more lean which is the BEST result.!!
