Hi, my name is Amy and I am a overeater.
I have been for years, which has left me being at the weight I currently am and I feel somewhat doomed.
I see on here that so many people have overcome their weight problem and dropped the pounds but when I try it always ends in failure. I am good a for a few days, eating large quantities of broccoli and grilled chicken lol, but good and then I fall down and allow myself to eat eat and eat. How is it that learning portion control and healthy eating can be so difficult of a challenge? I've conquered so many things in my life, I don't want food to be the one that kills me.
