Default If your fat is jiggling is that a good sign?

I am just wondering... I used to be solid... solid.... solid... fat.. You could bounce anything off my tummy, hips or butt as the fat was so solid... now... when I walk.. its jiggly... Does that mean.., ooohhhhh its less solid and thus prone to breaking up and washing away with the water? Oh please tell me that is so... LOL I do have good muscles under that fat and getting those tightened up alittle... but just wondering about the jiggle. I almost giggled when I went to my favorite bead store about an hour ago and walked around and jiggled.. I felt like a teenager LOL

What has happened to you with your "fat" and weight loss?

Solid fat is the unhealthy stuff. If you're jiggly now, that's good! I get excited when I see formerly-solid fat getting jiggly. And now I can feel my muscles through the jiggly fat too!

Great progress!

I am experiencing the same kind of jiggles. At my heaviest, my fat was pretty solid. Now it's squishy.

LOVE this thread, hate my squishy fat. Everything droops now! I was like Sue, I used to be solid! Yes, solid fat, but no hanging arms/thighs/belly.

Is this what we call skinny fat?!

You mean like when I'm jump roping and there are 3 more bounces after my stopped feet are firmly on the ground??!!

YEAH That!! LOL the ripple affect I think.... Is it like when you exercise really hard that your body is still burning after the fact for awhile... So our fat is still in the moving stage when we stop LOL
