I weighed myself 2 days ago and was up 2.2 lbs since the week before. When I checked again yesterday, the scale was down 1 lb. For me, it usually goes up somewhere between 2-3 lbs :/
I just stay away from the scale when it's TOM time! I've fluctuated by 1lb, once it was almost 4lbs! But it's not real weight, so I just drink tons of water and ban myself from the scale till it's over
I can change 2-5 pounds. So I try to stay away from the scale also. It's not real weight, but it can be so disheartening to see the scale jump so much.
Smart advice about staying away from the scale. I weigh myself every morning after waking and I felt so deflated this morning when I saw a 2 pound jump. Weight loss is such an emotional roller coaster sometimes lol !
5-6 lbs. But it is water retention that is due to general hormonal changes not just regular TOM. I also drink a bit more coffee at the moment, which aggravates things.
