Red face just hopen for hope

Hello everyone,i have just joined today.i have joined I geuss to feel
as part of a group? I have been trying on my own for a while,but no success
I have been doing zumba and on the ball , now I have no more classes .iam trying once
again On my own.i am struggeling with sabotage and the feeling of dout. I know what to
Do .but seem to just do a half fast job of it.
Im tired of just doing it half way.but reading everyones posts I feel there is hope for me
too.

Of course there is hope! Welcome to the group!

What is your eating plan? What is your exercise plan? What is your goal (long and/or short term)? When you know these, then you know how well you're doing. You can do it!

I had a day or two to rethink afew things and to absorb
Some of the posts I read. And this morning I felt a lot happier I have
my head in a different place .instead of trying to make it happen all at
