Default MRC Newbie .... kinda
Hello everyone

I did MRC before, approx. 17 yrs ago (crazy that it's been that long!) and now I'm back
I am 47, my daughter is getting married in Sept, and the realization came that there would be pictures forever burned in history....off to MRC I went LOL My other daughter joined too.
We went 4/11 and joined and that following Monday started the PreConditioning. Today is my first day of the MetaSlim Days 1-4...I'm trying not to think about it LOL
I've actually done pretty well, but I just want to snack, munch, eat junk...in my head, more than I really want it.
I hope to lose about 50 lbs total and my daughter is looking to lose about the same amount.

Good luck! I started my plan on 4/21 so we are pretty close in start dates.. Hope it goes well for you.
