Default Adjusting Calories on MyFitnessPal

Hi, I'm new to this site and forum. I have been counting my calories on MyFitnessPal for about a month now and have gained each week. MFP has me at 1200 calories/day and I'm thinking that this just isn't enough for me. I'm pretty active (5-6 days/week) and I eat most of my burned calories each day. I've also tried not eating them and continue to gain.

Does anyone know how to tweak the daily calories on MFP?

Thanks.
