I don't have a gym membership but do have some weights at home do u have any suggestions on what I could do to get my legs tight.

Squats, Squats, Squats, and deadlifts. Try to lift progressively heavier weights. Workout 3x a week with at least one day off in between. I recommend 3 sets of 5 reps at a weight that pushes you HARD so that you need rest inbetween sets. Good luck!
